PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Damaged item - We will replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received.
Not satisfied - If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from our site, we will refund your money excluding the actual shipping & insurance fees incurred while shipping your package. Returns must be made within 30 days after merchandise is received. If your package was originally shipped for free the actual shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. Insurance must be purchased to cover the full price of the merchandise that is being returned. A return authorization code must be obtained from us before the merchandise can be returned. This number must be written on the outside of the package in order for us to accept your return. If there is no return authorization number written on the package then the delivery of your returned package will be refused and shipped back to you.
The merchandise must be adequately packed before returning merchandise. Please email us before returning merchandise to obtain the correct return address for your package. If the returned package is shipped to the wrong address or to the wrong distributor an extra shipping charge may be subtracted from the customers refund (please email us before returning merchandise). Returns must be made within 30 days after merchandise is received.
Due to health regulations, some merchandise such as bedding, linens, comforters, sheets, pillow cases, and toilet seats can not be returned if taken out of the original package. Custom orders, special orders, clearance products, close-out products, discontinued items, gift certificates and bulk orders are nonrefundable.
When accepting delivery for chandeliers and furniture, please inspect the items carefully before accepting it from the freight company. If you accept the item and later notice it is damaged you will be responsible for any damages or claims.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
From time to time, we may provide promotional offers such as discounts or free services. The promotional offers are only valid from the time they are issued to the expiration date advertised in the ad. To take advantage of these offers a coupon code must be used when ordering. Customers can not use more than one coupon code per order (can not take advantage of two different promotional offers for the same order). Free shipping promotional offers are only valid for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S.A. Free shipping promotional offers do not apply to large freight items or furniture delivery fees and handling fees.
CANCELED ORDERS
A 3% fee may be charged for any canceled order. The purpose of this fee is to recover bank charge fees related to the transaction. This fee will not apply to merchandise a customer receives in damaged condition.
Orders for the Aspen Log Furniture and Colorado Dallas line can not be canceled after 1 week from the order date, otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be charged since the merchandise is made to order.
CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
The shipping time for custom or personalized orders is 6 weeks. We can not accept returns or issue refunds for customized merchandise. We will replace the merchandise if it is damaged at no cost to the buyer.
FREIGHT SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Furniture and selected lighting are delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier will schedule a delivery time and deliver to the first dry location in the house or garage. The customer is responsible for moving the furniture into the house and setting it up. Assembly instructions are provided where applicable.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if they refuse delivery of furniture items. Both of the freight charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from the customers refund when a customer refuses delivery or cancels their furniture order while their merchandise is in transit. We do not ship furniture to Canada or Alaska. Alaska customers may have furniture shipped to a freight forwarder. The customer should inspect the merchandise for damages prior to signing the bill of lading for merchandise shipped via a freight carrier. Once the bill of lading is signed the customer owns the merchandise and is responsible for any damages.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Lions Gate Decor, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Lions Gate Decor, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lions Gate Decor, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lions Gate Decor, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We apologize in advance for possible errors on our part, and will make all efforts to ensure correct pricing.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Lions Gate Decor, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason.
